As a personal trainer and sports massage therapist I aim to offer the highest standard of treatment focussing on both the strength and fitness of clients through their rehabilitation and beyond as they look to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Being a keen sportsman myself I know the importance of staying pain-free to compete in your event on a regular basis. I aim to help people become pain-free and more mobile not just for sport but for everyday life. I believe fitness should be intense but at the same time fun, enjoyable and sociable.

SPECIALIST AREAS

Boxercise

If you're after a fat-burning workout that beats sweating it out on the gym floor, Boxercise is a great way to add a little 'punch' to your workout routine. High intensity boxing, cardio and circuit training techniques, based on the training concepts of professional boxers.

Sports Massage

Sports Massage is a type of massage therapy which utilises deep tissue techniques, with the aim of reducing muscular tension, discomfort and pain. Although sports participants benefit from sports massage, this method of massage isn’t restricted to sports participants.

Personal Training

If you’re looking to lose weight, tone up or simply be involved in a sport, I believe I have the attitude to help you succeed with your goals however big or small they may be. I have worked with a wide variety of people and have seen some remarkable results.
